REFUSED SHIPMENTS A $20.00 Service Charge plus shipping charges will be added to all buyers invoices when a
shipment is refused. No orders will be shipped until all charges are paid in full
SHIPPING METHOD All orders are shipped by UPS standard for all US and Canada orders. For any other

COD SHIPPING We do not ship COD
RETURN SHIPPING We will not except any product returns with out an authorization number from us. We will
not except any COD shipping returns. All approved shipping returns are to be prepaid by
the buyer
PAYMENT TERMS We except credit cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and Pay Pal . We will also
accept Company checks, postal money orders but orders will not ship until funds have
cleared our bank

and fitness of purpose. Manufactures supply there own warranties and guarantees and do
not allow us to make any adjustments or replace any part or accept for exchange any
parts or unsatisfactory item, if you feel that an item we sold you has a manufactures defect
you must contact us for a return authorisation number and return said item to us for
inspection. No replacement item will be shipped until said defective item is returned to us to
evaluate, Manufactures warranties will not cover or replace any item or part (s) that may
have been improperly installed.
